Спектос можно принимать всегда, без ограничений, потому что это натуральный продукт, полученный из пектин яблок.

The taste — doesn't get better than this. No allergic reaction; in fact, it suppresses the first signs of allergy. Downside: everything is perfect. I've been buying it repeatedly. Main purpose — for the kids (and myself))) against the first signs of colds and allergies. It has never let me down! And even when started not at the very first sign but later, it still helps — just takes longer to work.

Bought on a friend's recommendation, haven't tried it yet. Hoping it'll be as good as my beloved Pekto, which used to be made in my city and was adored all over Russia — unfortunately production has been suspended. After reading the reviews, I noticed a complaint about burn marks inside the lid. In my case, one jar had a small spot like that.
